    • Like 1/2tsp sodium 1/2tsp potassium and 1/4tsp pink himalayan salt per 1 liter of water.

    • So what do you recommend in stead of artificial sweeteners?. Wat is a good alternative. Thanks for the vid. And is one time a day using stevia or monkfruit to much one or two times?. Is dat ok. And some products of mine like smart protine have sucralose in it.

    • @De weerlegger Hij is Een I would just get used to not have any sugar at least on you fasting period. Good thing I stop taking sugar years ago lol. I might have some ice cream now and then or those posicles on summer time 😒😭😂

  2. Great video! More OMAD tips please….
Hard to postpone coffee! But the times I do, I feel better!

  3. I’m not doing OMAD for weight loss anymore… It’s just how I eat now and it doesn’t even feel “forced” to do, lol
    Thanks for the tips!

  4. Tip 10 is the best! 😍 No matter how clean we eat if we don’t have fasting variations. Bodies are so smart and metabolicly adapts to the change.
It is a challenge to trick the body into different times we eat. But one trick that helps me stop my cravings is apple cider vinegar juice. Or half a lemon in cold water. Really kills the hunger pangs.
Good luck with everyone. Thank you Sim!!😀

    • I started fasting a wile ago 20/4, and i was hungry all the time and had a headache all time, but then i started on ACV IN morning with my green tea, rest of the day water, potasium, and apinch of salt, and i go all day and im fine all day .

    • @Igor Ilic many sources say acv doesn’t it has 0 calories. Lime does. So idk. I been using acv for years hard to stop taking it lol

  5. I work at night and I used to wake up and work out, but I’ve recently changed it to working out at the end of my shift and eating right after, mainly because there’s less people in the gym and I’m able to eat better food (I work overseas – and we eat what they serve at the cafeteria and I’m able to get healthier meat and fat at breakfast than at midnight) but I eat before I sleep and I feel like I sleep better with a full stomach. Is there any adverse effect to eating a huge meal right before sleeping? I also eat only 5-6 times a week and actually do a complete fast on the other days, where I don’t eat at all. My macros are like 70-75% fat, 20% protein and the rest of it is carbs.

  6. Great video Siim! What’s your opinion about omad and do a small meal only post workout? for example omad at 7pm (rest days) and post workout at 11am and omad 9pm on workout days

  7. Love your videos Siim. Precise, descriptive and informative. I’m just naturally doing high-protein lean meat OMAD. I’m off the ketogenic diet because it was too much fat for me. I need more protein. Anything I should know that I dont already know from your videos? Cheers 😘

  8. So how long does it take to eat one meal, I mean when you do OMAD?
It feels like cramping in 2500-3000 + calories in one sitting is quite alot.
What I eat, I eat eggs since I have my own little farm, I fish quite often so all my fish is caught by me, I eat all kinds of swedish mushrooms and berries I pick during the summer.
That is basically my staple, I do not like eating so I keep it simple.
I workout aswell but not in a traditional way where the sayin’ “no pain, no gain” is a thing.
I let my body get used to weights over time.

    • From what I’ve read you don’t need to eat the same amount of calories on omad as you would say eating 3 meals a day, because your body learns to use the nutrients more efficiently on omad

  9. Hi Siim, I heard the no coffee in the morning tip in another one of your videos, so I have been doing that …. if I want coffee I’ll have it in the afternoon(At around 1:00 when I start getting a little hungry before my OMAD), I have realized that I don’t really need that morning coffee instead I drink eather warm water with ACV or with Himalayan pink salt. Thanks so much!

  10. Dear Siim,
with OMAD, I get quite stuffed and feel unproductive after eating for about an hour or two due to active digestion. What do you do in that digestion-window? How do you contribute to speeding up the processing of food? Thank you

  11. The best thing about OMAD with respect to calories is that you don’t have to count calories. All you have to do is apply broad ketogenic principles, avoid processed foods, and it’s very difficult to eat too many calories (and too many people focus too much on calories, when the main focus should be on the hormonal response to what you eat—eating 2000 calories of donuts and cookies is far different hormonally from eating 2000 calories of baked fish, a baked sweet potato and broccoli stir fried in coconut oil).

  12. Omad, keto food, long walks and resistance training 3 times a week were my game changers.
    Dont run, walk!

  13. Done omad last year and loss 10kgs in one month. Sadly I fell of the horse due to injuries and excuses. Trying to motivate myself to climb back on.

  14. I am having difficulty understanding how to achieve OMAD. It is recommended that an active person consume 1.6g of protein/kg of body weight per day and if I weighed 100 kg that would mean I need to consume 160g of protein per day. I also understand that a person can only utilize a maximum of 30g of protein at a time and how do you get enough protein when exercising on OMAD?
