  1. Thanks Myra, I’m not losing weight only because I’m 125 …but, I love making new things and baking and that’s when I would gain weight ..so now…I’m steady at my weight. I, try a lot of your recipes thats on YouTube 💯💜😊

  2. You also had surgery. You should be clear about everything you did to lose that 100 pounds as to not mislead people that don’t actually know what that weight loss included.

    • Bro, clean your ears. She clearly said “what I eat to MAINTAIN my weight”. For this, she doesn’t need to clarify she had surgery because maintaining weight is about habits. You can have surgery but if you still overeat, you’ll gain that back. That’s what it’s about.

    • She is simply showing recipes. Why does it matter how she lost the weight? She’s not showing you a before and after picture and suggesting she lost weight due to these recipes.

    • I honestly don’t know why y’all are so mad she didn’t mention about her weight loss surgery like? She never said that this is what she does to lose weight she said she does it for maintaining her weight. Seriously?-

    • She has a video where she states she lost the weight through eating low carb. The surgery she had was to remove the skin. In the video she also shows her surgery scary.

  3. I wait until 2 p.m. and eat in a 1 to 2 hr window daily. ONLY thing I’ve found that is sustainable! (I’m a certified health coach) I’m sharing my journey on YouTube as well! fasting buddies unite! (I do put hwc in my coffee for now)

    • I tried many things but I got it down down to a 6 hour eating window. I eat between 10 and 4 with of course the 1st thing coffee with heavy whipping cream 😋 I’m down 68 pounds since February. I don’t know I am telling you this but good luck with IF 😃 OMAD

    • @Lisa H Yessss. I call it “flexible fasting”. I just wait as long as I can to eat… then fast… it’s so flexible. I love it. And yes, I REFUSE to remove the cream 😆

  7. She’s got some awesome recipes! This is a clip of a recipe shared, not her story. She clearly states that this is how she “maintains” her weight. For those that follow her, she has shared on how she lost the weight for further info. It’s no secret but she shouldn’t have to mention it on every post for those who are commenting she’s not being honest.

    • No it was not surgical weight loss. The only part in her videos that she used surgery was after she came down to remove the excess skin. She stated that in her video that she shared w her viewers.

  9. I’ve watched your videos, it seems you are just as beautiful on the inside as the outside. I cannot believe the rude comments. I love the bumper sticker “mean people suck!” I loved this video, you eat cute, the food looks delicious and I thought this would be a great way for me to fit in avocado in my diet. I love your channel. People need to understand that different people have different metabolisms and different needs. The only time I error is when I eat when I’m not hungry or eat too much. It’s hard to turn away from food but I thought the portions here we’re very realistic unless that day I’m not hungry or hungrier than normal. Bless you! Ps- I will look up the biscuit and chicken soup recipe and try having avocado in my sandwich and with eggs. 😊
