  1. Add some lupin flour to boiling water. Put it in the blender with a little salt, lemon juice, garlic, tahini and olive oil. Tastes exactly like hummus.

  3. My homemade hummus tip is use a food processor not a blender. You have to add too much liquid when you use a blender, even a Vitamix.❤
