  1. Us old people are so charmed when nice young couples present and interact together in such harmonious partnership. I’ve only been following this channel for a few weeks, so this is the first time I’ve seen the longer format with Inka. Looking forward to Part II.

  2. I’ve been using Reverse Pyramid Training (while ramping up, of course) for a few years now, and love it. I have found that it not only helps me physically, but also psychologically when the first working set is the heaviest. The subsequent sets are smooth(er) sailing.
