LCDU is the best. Thank you.
I’ve been doing TRF and LCHF and on my 6th week I’ve lost 18lbs without exercise. This is my lifestyle now and I ❤ it! Never going back to high carb, high sugar, eating more than 2x a day. I have lots of energy. I don’t have food coma anymore. I sleep and wake up really well. My skin is clear. My hair and nails are shiny and strong.❤❤❤I save energy, time and money!
Well done. It’s been 1 year for me and well worth it.
Keep it up James. 😅😍Love you.
this is one of the most important presentations I’ve seen for a while, thank you for your contribution to humanity in general – sight is one of those things most don’t think about till they start losing theirs. to be able to contribute your personal gifts to the greater good is wonderful thing. Junk food and processed starchy sugary fatty refined carbohydrates are not part of any healthy food group.
This is such a gigantic battle. You have great courage and I just want to cheer you onward!
You’d be hard pressed to get the ABC’s “Health Report” to endorse such a radical idea as low carb. They’ve totally bought into the prevailing wisdom. And as for Magda’s recent foray on tv: look at the credits…food and drink manufacturers of Australia happily providing support for the program.
Eating LCHF for 9 months and lost 30 kg without hunger. All health markers improved and chronic pain vastly decreased prior to significant weight loss. Did I mention that I am a 70 year old male 😄🥩😂
Amazing work being intensely & corruptly buried by massively profitable evil corporations everywhere. But we are breaking through!
Thank you for your leadership for health (from California, remitting pre-diabetes & morbid obesity with Keto/IF!)
A true hero – obviously deserved the australian of the year award! We need more like him.
*Thank you Dr James Muecke and Low Carb DownUnder* . It was because of the free information that I found about low carb diet when researching diabetes after being diagnosed in Oct 2021 that I managed to put my diabetes into remission after only 3 months. My fatty liver, which was moderate in 2019 (and possibly worse after that year) is now mild after 1 year of eating low carb. I’ve lost 20% of my body weight (80kg to 64kg), my waist has gone from 44″ to 38″, my blood pressure has gone down and my cholesterol numbers are excellent. But because my LDL is high (other ratios are great) GP and cardiologist both want me to take a statin. No way. I’m 65 year old female with a recent CAC score of 0. I feel very blessed that I’ve been able to take charge of my health through such a simple and non drug method.
It been so many years now and all doctors should be recommending low carb and at least no sugar and low carb for most of their patients with high glucose but all their doing is writing prescriptions.
Thank you Dr Muecke and Low Carb Down Under. Please keep up the good work of Educating, Informing the people and holding Processed Foods Companies and Government responsible.
Stay in the battle! Billions of ensnared, but unaware victims are silently suffering.
Such important information that will never be shown in the main stream media except to denigrate as misinformation and conspiracy.
Government is captured by business so relying on them is like putting faith in the health advice of an an addict.
We live in world where doing your own research is considered the act of a dangerous fool.
The problems are too deep and personal for a legislative solution.
We need to push
personal responsibly because corporations will NEVER put people before profit.
Please keep up the good fight for personal health
Congratulations on your award! You will make a lasting difference!! Enjoying your talk from Canada.
Thank you, and well said. The meat industry needs to be subsidised to improve ethical farming. When meat becomes more affordable and ethically produced, we will have a healthier nation, hopefully less reliant on cheap grain products. Still so much work to do.
Thank you for this informative talk! The question is, how will we keep the foods one typically eats on a low carb diet affordable for the average Australian when Australian farms have been on the decline for many years now? I also always wondered how, when we are surrounded by ocean, there is hardly any affordable seafood on the supermarket shelf from Australian waters. It’s all imported from Asia, while, I guess, ours is exported. How come all Australia schools don’t have working vegetable gardens and fruit trees as well as perhaps quails, which can provide eggs and meat in smalls spaces? Surely every school with a playground can make room for such things so children can eat from the school grounds rather than tuckshops with addictive processed junk. And a proper kitchen in schools which serves proper home cooked meals (using the vegetables, eggs and meat grown at school) with a lower carb focus? We have to start with our kids. The earlier they are on the sugar, the shorter their lives will be. https://www.abc.net.au/worldtoday/content/2005/s1449323.htm and https://9now.nine.com.au/a-current-affair/aussie-farmers-fear-proposed-nsw-government-restrictions-will-decimate-business/e2f12979-6b10-4ffe-9dfe-d9870329ed74 https://au.news.yahoo.com/woolworths-shoppers-furious-at-supermarkets-prawns-020348235.html?guccounter=1&guce_referrer=aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZ29vZ2xlLmNvbS8&guce_referrer_sig=AQAAAMAR3sBiuiJViOk7NDRntidJlZ9RBW8kWJDc3pdJBk8QgE8chB0UTg2qwqcld1p1kBus3u6lOjk9znQmtu1CKclnPBV6h75MnqCxwAXCLUZQuh7l0ptnYGcF1QM-0IucAR6MJngrp1P-5v5FeCxY5awQDOQPlOoYsB_Mj2mJIbHl

Thankfully, professionals like Dr. Muecke and those shown on LCDU have the drive to keep pushing for proper human nutrition and exposing the terrible lies large corporations feed us for the sake of profits. It must be draining sometimes to keep banging your heads against some of the false information that is widely promoted. Thank you for keeping up the fight.
