    • @JESUS PRINCE OF PEACE you should seek out a board certified obstetrics and gynecology (Ob/Gyn) doctor – An obstetrician provides care during pregnancy and delivers babies. A gynecologist doesn’t treat people who are pregnant or deliver babies, but specializes in the female reproductive system. It’s common for healthcare providers to combine these two areas of medicine – female reproductive issues can indeed affect a healthy pregnancy –

  2. My husband suffers from Retrograde Cricopharyngeus Dysfunction (R-CPD), maybe this can give him some relief until he can have the procedure done to correct it. Thanks Dr. Berg!

  3. A ginger supplement has helped me tremendously when I have bloating issues, constipation, etc. It has even helped clear some minor skin irritations as well.

  4. It depends on what causes bloating, it is usually a symptom for another prob. For me: I used charcoal tablets when I first suffered from IBS years ago. They were effective for few days only, and the symptoms came back later, yet recently I find using Iodine has helped with these symptoms greatly, possibly cause it controls estrogen levels.

    Based on the recommended video it’s absolutely the pancreas. So I’ll research that more and work on healing that.

  7. I’m down a total of 155 pounds in 13 months doing intermittent fasting and keto listening to everything this man has to say. Not only was my weight fixed. We also nearly cured my father of diabetes type two, blood sugar from 14.5 to an average of 6.3. my father was not overweight in any regard. watch all of Dr. Berg videos especially his beginner intermittent fasting ones.

  9. Hi, thanks to your videos and watching over the last 14 months or so I identified that I had Candida just due to watching a wide range of your videos and having a good idea. I am currently Keto for this recovery to avoid sugar and I also have been taking activated Charcoal sup when I wake up and have to say it does help with the detoxification!

  11. Hello Dr Berg, so I’ve ordered your lemonade electrolytes powder for months and it was helping with my palpitations. I always ordered the 50 serving containers but recently decided to order the 100 serving container and the taste was completely different. Not only did it taste different but my palpitations got worse and they were getting better when I was taking the smaller container. Not sure if I was sent a counterfeit item or not.   12. Can we get Dr Berg a tv show please, I’m glad those “drs” are off daytime tv because they’re just walking Facebook headlines. This is REAL information we need but ours drs don’t tell us.

  13. The good Dr always recommends 6-8 cups of leafy greens per day. If you are still experiencing bloating on a ketogenic diet it will most likely be from reactions to plant foods.
    If there is bloating there is also usually intestinal and gut inflammation.
