  2. Daily sauna user here, years and years. I need the sauna to live. After having covid I didn’t sweat for over 2 months. This was my scariest post-covid symptom, above losing 60%+ of my hair. I had to work back up to my sauna sweats. I never understood why this happened. Metabolically, something changed at least for awhile. I would love to know what happened.

    • For all those asking about a jab: I’ve had exactly the same situation some 20 odd years ago, nasty pneumonia, long recovery, massive hair loss. I was washing my hair and having it in the bath tub and all over the towel, it was scary. Took me a year to get my hair back. Nothing to do with the jab 😢

    • @Kathy Jaguar Exactly and thank you, because I am unjabbed and caught the lab created version this summer and it has wreaked havoc on me for the last 5 mos. Prior, I was a very healthy 50 yo, no meds, active, healthy lifestyle. Whatever lab version was released this summer got me bad and many other people I know, who are also not jabbed. Been dealing with hair loss (which is now better), gut issues, ovary pain, GERD, heartburn just to name a few of the long haul symptoms. I am also unswabbed, refuse to use that.

      And, YouTube removed my other comments last night!! Maybe this person’s comments are being removed. YT removed mine last night, they are censoring and suppressing. Let’s see if they remove this comment.

  3. I love the thumbnail Dr. Eric!!!! I couldn’t stop laughing 🤣 but I loved what you said about the Sauna because I take in liberty to go every week for about 15 to 30 minutes a day 5 days a week after a 3 hour workout at the gym after working a long 8 hour shift 💪🏽

    • @Dr. Eric Berg DC sauna is NOT for everybody. Caution to those with AFib as increased heart rate can trigger irregular heartbeat. A fact I know all too well. I’m down 15lb following a keto diet using IF. Using caution as anything with caffeine can also trigger AFIB

  6. Been using an infrared sauna daily for 4 years. My motivation was heavy metals and parasites detox. This combined with healthy keto and intermittent fasting has helped me to cut down high levels of inflammation, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. Oh and I lost and maintained a 50 lbs weight loss but most importantly I learned it’s not about the weight and while I have been doing OMAD for 2 years I am at peace with food-no cravings. I am 60 and I feel better then in my 20th when I was working out 4 hours a day and on low fat diets. It’s fun to feel great and learn about the body, very causative.     • @im_so_ bored my dr gave me a detox by Metagenics & it helped both my heavy metals and parasitic overload. It was very painful 2 weeks but worth it.
      I had to eat specific foods to help sweep it out, all carefully timed.

  8. Dr Berg you are amazing ! I just started using the dry sauna and it’s like you knew I needed to hear this. Btw I just bought your electrolyte powder and OMG what a difference it has made in my sleep at night. I used to wake up with horrible debilitating cramps in the wee hours of the night.   9. Dr. Rhonda Patrick introduced me to a study conducted over 20 years that followed people who used a sauna 2x, 3x and 4x a week. The 4x a week people reduced their all cause mortality markers by about 50%! No specific changes to diet or exercise, just people adding sauna to their daily/weekly routines. A 20 year study rare to find…and a 50% reduction in end of life disease is impressive!! I am asking Santa for a sauna this Xmas!!!

  11. When covid hit I put an infared sauna in my garage and have using it almost everyday for two years. I just started combining it this last summer with cold plunging just love it. Thanks Dr. Berg you are a blessing to the Internet!

    • @Khumar Ibrar we got ours off amazon 2 person (Small 2 people) weighs 400 pounds so it comes in a shipping truck …super easy to put together…Dynamic Designed in California are the only labels I see…think it was round 1800 bucks good sound system the inferred lights We give it a 9 in size but 10 for assembly 10 for quality hope this helps

  12. We have been using infrared lights in the early morning everyday as soon as we get up and infrared sauna in the evenings 3-4 times a week for nearly 2 years.   15. I take a sauna every day when I can. Not only does it have the benefits described by Dr. Berg, I also spend my hour or so lying down on my back in deep meditation. I resolve so much anxiety-causing thoughts and genuinely am able to quiet my mind.

  16. I started Keto on June 24, 2022. As of this morning, I’m down 61 pounds!! Thank You Dr Berg and Dr Berry!!I was at 288, I weighed in at 227 this morning!! I started intermittent OMAD a couple of months ago, but I mostly do 2 Meals a Day. I keep my carbs under 50 grams. I use Heavy Whipping Cream and 2 Stevias in my coffee and I also intermittently have Strawberry Cheesecake Fat Bombs to keep my sanity! Lol But, most importantly, I listen to and use as much of the medical advice that this man freely gives!! Dr Berg, you have made such an impact on my life. Thank You from the bottom of my heart!💜
