Siim I appreciate all your research. I take almost everything you say as gospel. I also appreciate you’re not always shilling products. I think you should be at a million subs by now. The only thing I can figure is Americans have an accent bias. When I first started listening to you it was hard for me to get used to. Your content is some of the best on the tubes so here I am 5 years later! Thank you Sir!

I think the grogginess can sometimes be caused by exposure to too much light after you have taken the melatonin. So if you take some and then go onto a computer with a bright screen, especially if it has lots of blue light, for example then you can wake up in the morning feeling like you would if you were jet lagged with a slight headache. I also find that as I get older I need more melatonin for the same effect. Considering I take it very occasionally just to sync my body clock it must be due to aging more than some kind of tolerance. I find that now I’m 64, I have to take 3mg to get a similar effect to what I got with 1mg when I was 40. Just my experience, YMMV.

I take 3-6mg every night. Valium is also good and 5 HTP. I also take st Johns wort.
i guess i should lower my milligrams now after watching these studies, how are you getting such small dosage size, in the storesi n the usa , they usually sell them way higher than 0.3mg
If you don’t have any, try a turkey sandwitch.
I take melatonin three times daily to help keep me strong like animal.
I have been regularly taking 1.9 mg per day, maybe I should cut back.
