Wow I’m only taking 200mg of TMG, I think I need to increase, being I like coffee & have a double copy of the MTHFR gene 😅. Plenty of collagen though!

I take glycine for sleep. It’s been very successful. Do you think one can build a tolerance to such a thing? I want to take in the morning with my coffee, but sleep is a big priority for me, so I’ve been debating with myself

So how much glycine do I eat then? 4 times a day 3g? I never took any. I usually put collagen into my coffee. Like 20g. Am I doing it wrong?
Is there anything in the research in this book that can improve the bone density and muscles of women in their sixties? Can any amount of supplementation in your sixties reverse bone loss and improve muscle mass? Plus, As of this moment, the book is not yet being sold on Amazon.
