  3. A good indicator that your efforts are working is that you’ll notice the skin is less reliant of moisturizer. Went from applying moisturizer everyday to once a week in just six months.   8. You must be psychic. I was looking at my midsection the other day trying to figure out what to do about the skin. Sounds like I need H.I.I.T, ashwaganda, and I.F. I was able to do a 24 hr fast last week so I’m slowly working up to 3 days. We’ll see… Thanks for all the info.

  11. Yes. I’ve lost a hundred pounds following your advice. Much fat and 20% of my muscle mass lost also. Skin saggy now. Refilling the slack skin with muscle, it’s a slow process at 67 years old, but I feel a little like I did back when I was 45 or so, when I was still in pretty good shape and still playing ball.
