Do alternate day fasting with walking on fasting days. On eating days high protien and weight training. You will get there in 3-5;months.

Health aside, you need insulin spikes throughout the day to be in an anabolic state, therefore OMAD is not optimal for muscle growth.

Slim-if you only eat 1 meal a day with about 150 grams of protein then what happens to excess protein that you eat? Your body can only absorb a small about of protein at each serving, then remainder goes to fat storage?
