You say the form of glycine does not matter, but if youβve checked out DMG, please let us know what you think. Because itβs more potent how much should we take? How much should we take of DMG if we also want to take collagen as well come even though you said you could take one of the other. I have had great results healing seemingly ligament tears with a combination of glycine and multi collagen by Ancient Nutrition containing four types of collagen. This has been inspired by your education about collagen!

If someone has a serious mental illness, they definitely should reduce carbs slowly. I find a rapid drop in carbs triggers hypomania (bipolar). Dr Chris Palmer has noted many of his patients have a similar experience.
Likewise, if anyone is on medication that affects/is effected by, blood glucose or water balance should progress slowly. For example, lithium needs a person to maintain a very consistent level of hydration. The rapid drop of excess fluid when going low carb quickly could raise the levels of lithium to toxic levels very quickly.
