If you’re overweight/obese is there really that much risk of muscle loss from calorie restriction/fasting?
i’m a bodybuilder and coach and I can tell you that the risk is much less but you still should lift weights to make sure you keep as much muscle as possible. Not sure why you’re fasting but it most likely will improve the results you’re seeking from fasting as well.
