  2. Interesting video! I think there’s a lot of advice for REM but only the food connection for deep sleep. Find more on improving deep sleep if possible. Thanks!

  3. I suffer from insomnia. My father had it. I remember he would drink beer in his recliner in front of the tv way into the night. I’ve tried every supplement. I was treated when younger with benzos, so I can’t tolerate many of the supps because they create high anxiety for me. Cannabis is my refuge and since going on medical, I sleep maybe six hours a night. Incredible!

    • Magnesium citrate, magnesium glycinate, glycine (30 mins before) pineapple (1 hour before) and 45 minutes of walking 2 hours before. try that, no way you don’t sleep better

  4. Of all the things I tryed, “sour cherries” had a noticeable effect on my sleep. It increases natural melatonin. Sour cherries are also great cure against gout and bunch of other diseases. Very underappreciated super fruit.
