  1. I was thinking of you this morning as I’m starting a new job. I was thinking of your what I eat in a day videos so I can have quick easy filling foods to take and stay healthy. ❤

I mix my own jam that I make with a tablespoon of water then add blueberries and blackberries ( a tiny bit of xanthan gum and sweetner to taste) cook low on stove….really no recipe as I just eyeball everything….after it cools I put into a small lock-n-lock container then put in fridge and it lasts ( at least a month) and mix in with a full fat Greek yogurt….PERFECT snack!

  3. If one can’t afford the chicken pizza crust I imagine a pounded chicken breast with all the fixings, baked, would be good. 😁
