  6. Any week in which you had 4 or more saunas means you had to do 2 saunas in two consecutive days. I wonder if getting 2 saunas a week in 2 consecutive days would also show similar health benefits as 4 or more saunas a week. Did the study tease that possibility out of the data?

  7. I wonder how the sauna is measured. 20 minutes? What if I get an hour of sauna in the highest elevation for an hour once weekly. Is that like 2x a week? I wonder
