Brilliant Siim, late day eating a wide spread problem. A 4pm,5pm,6pm cut off looks best.
Isn’t there also a 2nd time later in the food transit where the body pulls additional water which could increase your chance of getting dehydrated in during sleep if you eat to late?

If you are going to regurgitate everything David Sinclair says, then why bother having a channel? your past few videos are pretty much exactly what he says, in some cases word for word.
David Sinclair is one of the researchers. Siim seems like a great data collector, I find it very useful because he looks at all the different research that’s out there and puts it all in one place, makes my life easy.
So what? Siim is a reporter, not a scientist

3. Phone scrolling before bed (blue light inhibiting melatonine production)
4. Sleep restriction (less than 5 hours = dead fast af boi)

What should you do if you work a physical job where you don’t get off till very late? I also don’t want to eat a heavy lunch and be sluggish the rest of the shift. So is it just better to eat a little snack to satisfy yourself and just go to bed and have your meal the next day? Thanks
