Good news as far as I’m concerned.
Great breakdown. Exercise, irrespective of fat loss, literally offers countless benefits. Then, when you add in fat-loss, it’s a true ”magic” pill when done correctly.
100% feel this.
Both are really good, but fasting is really overstimated, no further benefits compared with a daily based caloric restriction extended during the time(since a evolutionary point of view is not realistic think in humans being fasting per se, some times they did most of the time they just had a consisting limit intake of foods with ocassional overeating moments)
otherwise, exercise has been more crutial for us.
The thing your not taking into account is the level of toxicity were exposed to in the modern world diet lifestyles etc, you need the ability to detox on a deeper level due to these issues.
( fast low carb HIIT and light jogging )
Combine both. Exercise in a fasted state is best.

One thing where fasting seems nessecary is to the deep cleanse of toxic proteins in the brain. Which suggest 72 hours fasting. Have not heard that exercise can do this but correct me if I am wrong

What about autophagy relative to the location?
It makes sense that exercise boosts it in the bones and muscles, but what about the organs? Wouldn’t the only way be to increase it in the liver heart etc through fasting.
I have mainly done 20/4 daily fasts for a while now and I train about 3 X per week varied kinds running , weights yoga , body weight exercises and bicycle, but starting this week I am going to switch it up and simplify fasting as I have found myself obsessing over my window and times i.e going slightly over my window would make me feel like a failure ect , and I am beginning to realise that fasting for 20 hours per day is not as massively good as I thought as the body works in days and weeks not 24 hours or less, so I am going to fast for a full day every Monday and other 6 days only one rule , no calories before 14.00 hrs , and no strict cutt off time , which will help me mentally I think with flexibility for life events ect, basically my main fasting benefit will come from the one day full fast every week which should lend itself to being about 42 HR fast give or take each week , wish me luck 🤞 haha , great vid siim as always
