When I was younger, I was only motivated to exercise in the evening, sometimes as late as 10 pm and I slept horribly. It wasn’t until I became a father and my chaotic schedule only allowed me to exercise before my daughter woke up in the morning that I started sleeping much better. It’s harder to get motivated early in the morning for sure, but it makes the other 23 hours much more enjoyable. I used to be a night owl and after time I became a morning person. Circumcadium rhythm is everything for me.

Sounds like a bad study, people who are up late usually have worse habits. Early risers are way more likely to be healthy people to begin with.
