@Peter Helbut there’s nothing wrong with sugar/carbohydrates from whole foods. And most of the healthiest foods contain a lot of carbohydrates like legumes, whole grains and fruit It’s the refined sugars and processed carbs that are bad.
As Huberman pointed out, even small amounts of alcohol are unhealthy. If somebody claims that “one or two drinks a week” don’t do any harm, they are a habitual drinker and are simply telling themselves that their own bad habits are not that bad.
I dont drink at all but 1 drink isn’t going to be harmful in a significant way. There is a hormetic threshold for alcohol the same way there is for UV radiation

I’m definitely going to make it to 120+! Always been slim, highly educated, wealthy, never had any of these unhealthy habits or markers.

Daytime Power Nap on the list is kind of surprising.
I asked Bing AI if taking a nap was unhealthy or healthy and it responded with this: “Taking a nap may seem like a sign of laziness, but it can actually have some health benefits. Napping can improve your mood, memory, creativity, and productivity. Napping can also lower your stress, blood pressure, and risk of heart disease. However, napping too long or too late can interfere with your nighttime sleep, so keep your naps short (20 to 30 minutes) and early (before 3 p.m.).”
