  2. As Huberman pointed out, even small amounts of alcohol are unhealthy. If somebody claims that “one or two drinks a week” don’t do any harm, they are a habitual drinker and are simply telling themselves that their own bad habits are not that bad.

  3. I’m definitely going to make it to 120+! Always been slim, highly educated, wealthy, never had any of these unhealthy habits or markers.
