  1. Making new video’s everyday is a very difficult task. Every video of yours is full of innovation. You are a blessing to all mankind.

  2. Dr. Berg, we need more intelligent and educated people like yourself in this world to help so many people become healthier only if they will listen and truly understand what healh is all about.

  3. Vitamin b12 isn’t only in animal products it’s also in nuts and some vegetables it’s just cobalt which is used to make vitamin b12 in the body

  4. One thing nobody talks about is if your getting up 3 times every night to pee take B12. Within one week of taking B12 I only get up 1 time every night. It’s corrects your bladder so it can store more liquid.

    • Yes! Me too. I drink heaps of water and tea(🙄) and used to wake up at least 3 times. Now on b 12 maybe once a night. O still drink the same amount of liquid

    • Even taking one tablet daily which has zinc and copper in ratio 1:12
helped with frequent waking up at night, i found it by experience.

    • Wow! I used to go restroom 3 to 4 times a night and always had that concern. I recently had blood work up and my b12 was low so started taking it and now I dont wake up to go for pee. Everyday I think what has been changed never found the answer until this comment. Thanks!

  5. Dr. Berg, thank you for the wonderful medical and holistic education you bestow to the world. As I am aging, just turned 50 in January, I am becoming more aware of how little traditional pharmaceutical medicine helps and how much quality supplements and food make a difference in one’s overall health. It’s quite astonishing. How I can take a pill for some thing, it doesn’t fix the problem, and adds another problem. Lol. However, I can eat or drink, certain whole foods, and supplements, and the original problem subsides significantly or goes away completely. I’m stunned daily at how informative and helpful you have been over the years. Thank you again. It’s good to know that you are out there doing this work. You are a true gift. 😊✨🌷

  6. Thank you Dr Berg. I have been taking a B12 injection for over 20 years, and it’s the synthetic version. I had no idea that was NOT the best option. I tried to find information on the differences, harm, etc of the natural vs synthetic, and there’s not a lot out there. Wish I had known about this before. Thank you for always giving thorough information!

    • 20 years? I never take anything over 3 because the environment changes to much even in the Medical Community

    • Vitamin B12 is an essential nutrient and plays an important role in many processes taking place inside the body.

    • @m sway probably true! It makes a difference in how I feel, and I have my blood work monitored regularly. It seems to work, and I guess my thought was…if it’s not broken, why fix it!? You brought up a very good point! I’m going to ask my doctor about possible alternatives! Thanks!

    • If you have a MTHFR mutation, the body can’t handle the synthetic cyanocobalamin which can just build up to toxic levels. Methylcobalmin is already in a form the body can use so it does not build up and it is not reliant on the body converting it which could be the main bottleneck in the first place.

  7. Hallelujah for our medical world ! Thanks for explaining so many things which are going wrong in the approach of our “common” doctors.

  8. Dr. Berg, I discovered you while gaining speed on my quest for balanced gut and brain health. I’m a 4 time sepsis survivor and a recent above the knee amputee. For the most part your knowledge area expertise is & has confirmed what I learned the hard way. I’m writing my story Planting Cactus, the accounts of a four time sepsis survivor. I also take 200mg of Doxycycline (daily) for life. I’ve learned to supplement around the antibiotics and life is good again. The sepsis community needs you especially how your work relates to Post Sepsis Syndrome (PSS).

  9. After taking some information from Dr Berg to heal my gut, I got off of PPE but continued to take the b12 I had to be on. Blood tests said it was way to high, so I quit them before my Dr advised…just for them to advise it 😆 Do your homework and look into the meds you’re taking, quit relying on others to fix your health and life. I wish I knew then what I know now…could have avoided cancer.

  10. Dr Berg thank for your informative videos. I was on Prilosec for years . I started getting symptoms that mimicked MS. I had to ask my dr to test my B 12 and turns out I was very low.. she gave me the B12 shots ( they were the synthetic form but it did work) I thought it was funny that she could not understand why I was low in b 12…I wish regular doctors knew even half of what you know.. they are surprisingly clueless

    • Vitamin B12 is necessary for the production of red blood cells, the formation of DNA gene sequences, and is involved in nerve function as well as metabolism of the body. Vitamin B12 also plays an important role in lowering levels of an amino acid called homocysteine, which is directly linked to chronic diseases such as heart disease, stroke, and Alzheimer’s disease.

  11. Thank you Dr. Berg. As a sleep disorder patients ( sleep apnea) you had a video about central sleep apnea solution with B1. But as a big population the patients have OSA ( Obstructive sleep apnea). We need a detailed video about the solution about OSA patients. Regards from Turkiye

  12. Thank you Dr. Berg, I moved to the natural version of B12. I was taking the synthetic version and I believe I’m sleeping better.

  13. Just went through this triple antibiotic treatment. Took probiotics and ate fermented foods daily and still am. I’m also considering stopping my PPI the doctor gave me 90 day’s worth to take. On a side note around day 8 of 14 of taking antibiotics I started smelling ammonia constantly and it lasted about 2 days.

  14. My mom had B12 deficiency and unfortunately she is still dealing with long-lasting symptoms.

  15. Thanks Dr. Berg. This gives a good insight about what might potentially going wrong with my health. I have been to ER 3 or 4 times in total, panicking because of lightheadedness, sometimes dull or sharp pain in center or left part of the chest, burps. The doctor has examined my blood, ECG, Treadmill test, Echocardiogram and said my heart is healthy. So he prescribed pantoprazole pill thinking some kind of digestion problem. I don’t know if that worked or not but my issue is sporadic. In my overall blood test ordered by the doctor, only Vitamin B12 was abnormal and deficient. Now, I should re-consult my doctor and see if this vitamin deficiency is the root cause of my problem and test whether I have H. Pylori aggravation or some thing related to digestive enzymes or a different problem altogether.

  16. Dr Berg thank you! Can you please talk about low blood pressure it is very hard to find any information on that. Thank you 🙏🏽

  17. Hi Dr Berg….Could you do a presentation on what to take and how to heal faster from right after surgery? Thank you for your videos!
