  2. I don’t have a lot of time so I’ve started putting on bfr bands and sprinting in place for 15 second intervals with a minute and a half of rest between. I feel like I’ve gotten stronger and overall more fit in a short time.

  3. I saw lots of your and some other references study is pulling from Chinese study. I kept wondering do we really can trust the Chinese data?

  4. Does the HIIT clear senescent cells throughout the body systemically, or does it only clear senescent cells from the muscle groups that were involved in the exercise?
