  1. Most people don’t have that much time in the morning. That’s the reason for drinking it right away I assume.
    Getting ready to work, school or kids…
    So waiting 1-2 hours in not optimal.
    + it’s good to drink it right away since it helps going to the shitter right away(not that it’s a problem for me. Why you asking?).
    So coffee -> shitter -> getting out of home in ~1h to work/gym/whatever.

  2. Doesn’t taking Ashwaganda, L-theanin and saffron or other nootropics lower cortisol so you can still have that morning brew of coffee ☕️?

  3. Butter lowers cortisol so maybe coffee with butter is kinda neutral (?) Even when you drink it earlier than you would probably like because of work etc.
