  2. Hi Siim, appreciate your work. If you have one book to learn basics/intermediate biology and microbiology which one would you recommand ? Thanks 🙏

    • I disagree fried food is the worst if you use the best ingredients possible the difference is negligible oil can be more oxidized in a pan and depending on your cookware like if you using Teflon or aluminum xcetera you can be adding a lot of other horrible stuff to it then you would if you just deep-fried it

    • Not to mention air fryers and microwaves which by default will make your food more inflammatory amongst other things

    • I usually eat boiled foods, like homemade vegetable broth, bone broth, boiled sweet potatoes and such. Is boiling foods unhealthy? I find it hard to believe that boiled potatoes and soup can be that unhealthy.

    • But even if cooked foods are unhealthy, there is another dilemma. I tried raw vegan, and concluded that it wasn’t for me. And there’s no way I am gonna eat raw meat or raw seafoods.

  3. I’ve found lately that taking DHEA has helped me sleep better and made my sex drive suddenly go up.

  4. Regarding bathroom at night, another possibility is insulin resistance. I believe high insulin and/or high blood glucose levels due to IR, forces your body to deal with that because these conditions can damage your body. So that means peeing a lot to get those high levels of insulin/glucose out of your blood. I personally experience this. The one thing that consistently works to reduce or rid of peeing at night for me, is a period of fasting that is long enough leading up to going to bed. For me, it seems like at least 20 hours of fasting is minimum to get the results I want.
