Thanks for your content. I have been looking increasingly more into biohacking, health and nutritional content because I unfortunately have suffered from ME or CFS over the last three years or so. In my case this was triggered by a stressful lifestyle over many years, multiple travel vaccines including a rabbies vaccine, over-exercising, food poisoning and mono. All of which occured in the span of approximately six months.
As part of my pacing strategy, to hopefully regain function over time, I am unfortunately now forced to remain almost immobile for the majority of each day. I am obviously aware that this is not a healthy lifestyle, but in my situation trying to push through this in order to force myself to exercise, will be even more detrimental.
Anyway, it would be interesting to hear your take on what measures you would take to make the best out of such a situation. I also assume a proportion of your viewership is comprised of people who might not be able to do all the exercise in the world, as they are battling various ailments. I mean there are still many biohacking things that can be done even when remaining fairly impaired, and to take an example, Stephen Hawking lived until the age of 76 despite suffering from motor neuron disease for 55 years and not being able to move at all.
