D3 + K2 = longevity
I live in Japan and eat Natto (K2) everyday for breakfast.
I also drink Shochu which is full of Urokinase, extremely low calorie, and zero carb.
I will live another 86 years i’m sure.
@White Daddy how old are you? 86 more years is impressive
@Ry Back 86, hence the “86 more years” in my original post
@White Daddy MK7 is bioavailable not bioactive. MK4 is the only the only form of K2 that’s. *MK4 stops and reverse bone loss, grows stronger bones and reduces fractures more than 80%. MK7 has never been shown to reduce fractures.* The use of MK4 is supported by more than 25 clinical trials with over 7000 volunteers.
@Randel Oland 901-ATT you googled, copied, and pasted the first thing you saw, which was the NBI report on FRACTURES and ONLY FRACTURES.
Iron
NMN / NAD
Preworkouts
Calcium
Cinnamon
Can you do a video on Niacin (flush) and TMG?
Caffeine before workout left me fatigued during the day. Morning callisthenics. Never again will I take caffeine pre workout. Good take.
It helps that he has the word Iron on the screen because I might not understand what he’s saying otherwise.
Hi Sim, can u check out NADH supplements, i always hear about nmn, nr, nam and na but not NADH, why, i hve it, much cheaper than nmn
Much of the literature states that it’s better to take the building block molecules that build NADH instead of NADH which is too large for absorption.
1. Some people advocate regular blood donation (men) to decrease iron stores to more optimal levels. 2. Given biochemical individuality, and supplement interactions all of this is much more of a cr.pshoot than we would like.
What about soy drinks that are fortified with calcium? Could they potentially harm you?
Calcium from food is not an issue
You are very brave to tell that men do not menstruate in this times xD
lol
Good one!
Good video. The movie fragments you intersperse in it are appropriate and make the video a little more amusing to watch.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks for the warning Siim! I’m going to be changing the type of cinnamon I put in my smoothie everyday for sure.
Hope you like it!
ive taken niconitnic acid without anything else for like 3 days than i had TMG come in the mail and i ended up taking that for like 5 days without the niacin now i see why i felt like i had to do that i also smoke so i need more betaine to help counteract that
I am 62 and have fainted quite a few times. After I take iron supplements, Saturday and Sunday, it no longer happens.
What are good natural foods to take with NMN for methyl donation?
Or will I need TMG(betaine)?
Beets or liver
1: Iron
2: Nad Boosters
3:Pre Workout Caffeine supplement
4: Calcium
5: Cassia Cinnamon, NOT Ceylon Cinnamon.
As far a I am aware you might have your cinnamon info a bit garbled. I think the blood sugar managing properties are actually limited to the cheaper and more common cassia variant. But to be used in moderation as you correctly state it is hepatotoxic in large amounts (exceeding 1 tsp/day). Though the more expensive and less common Ceylon cinnamon doesn’t benefit blood sugar I trust that its polyphenols should still be good for you. I take a mix of both in my coffee to get the best of both worlds. (see Dr. Greger’s vids to back-up what I wrote above)
You should add protein in high doses. Mainly 3 AA are guilty and these are methionine, leucine and tryptophan. Anything that triggers your m-TOR and IGF-1 will do that. So look out for big doses of proteins.
the methyl donor depletion is largely neutralised/mitigated when taking liposomal nmn
in English, the word IRON is pronounced EYE – urn …. or I’urn…… just an FYI….. Also… high doses of Vitamin C can cause greater absorption of Iron, which can be detrimental.
I really enjoy all the information you share… thanks
