I make my own peanut butter….nothing but nuts
So you donโt add any oil at all?. I love getting the natural peanut butter because the nut butters are easy to digest if you have digestive issues but itโs nice to maybe add a little coconut oil and some monk fruit confection powder, that is so good whipped in heavy whipping cream and drizzle over the Choc Zero Chocolate syrup, yum

Thank you for sharing your journey and recipes with us. I personally suffer from 7 autoimmune diseases and the eating is not going so well for me due to the microscopic colitis, so I lose weight without trying due to the fat malabsorption that this condition causesโฆ. Itโs a battle just staying hydrated. I tried Carnivore for almost 8 months but it wasnโt clearing up so Iโm back to keto which I stayed on for 11 -12 years, but I have to watch the high fiber foods too, itโs definitely a challenge so Iโm going back to longer fasts as wellโฆbut I went from 217 and currently at 169โฆ. So I am thankful for that. Iโm looking for low carb foods that are also easy on the digestive track. So thank you for these beautiful dishes you share and I keep watching to see what your making and I may have to bring back sweet potatoes which are easy on the tummyโฆ. For juicy chicken I prefer chicken thighs, bone in when possible, over chicken breasts. Chicken breasts are best when you brine them.
