  2. Interesting thumbnail. Richard Arvin Overton actually made is to 112, not 109. Big difference and super rare for a male, especially. He was a World War II veteran supercentenarian and handshaked Obama. Nothing could faze this man, calm under any pressure. Eventhough, he smoked alot and really liked cigars. His doctor once said he had the tongue of a young adult. Doctor saw hundreds of patients and never seen anything like it. Weird, but interesting to me. Seems certain parts of a human body do not age at all for some people.

  3. Calorie restriction. Does one sprinkle in high calorie days? Otherwise, if you are constantly in a deficit, one of two things will happen. 1. You keep shrinking until you disappear lol. 2. Your body adjusts to fewer calories, slowing metabolism, but at this point you are no longer in a deficit. OR is that how the benefit is derived? Not so much the calorie restriction, but from having a very slow metabolism?
