Yes please make more videos like this two more videos showing different kind of food you could order at restaurants like Domino’s Pizza Tony’s Pizza at Taco Bell McDonald’s Jack in the Box Burger King Carl’s jr. All those type of restaurants I am on my weight-loss Journey I’ve lost 30 pounds but sometimes it is hard for me because my husband wants to eat out and sometimes I don’t know what to order and I’m still need to hit my goal sometimes I feel frustrated because I can’t eat what he wants that’s why sometimes I watch your videos to get ideas so yes please do more videos like this what I can eat out at a restaurant thank you I love you I love what you do

  6. Yes please review the other low calorie and carb items, it’s so helpful! I’m making a concerted effort to eat keto/low carb, and went to taco bell the other day and it toke so long to research a low carb friendly option😢, got the power steak bowl, no beans or rice.

  12. From Dec 2020 to present I’ve went from 195 (pregnant) to 135 present weight. I don’t do keto but low carb. I’d love to see more lower carb options. I’m also a type 1 diabetic so low carb works for me 😊

  13. This has been my go to. Order the super greens instead of noodles or rice and the teriyaki chicken ( don’t add the sauce packet) it’s super tender and flavorful. The angus beef and red peppers with the super greens another go to for me. I usually do a bowl which is one side and one entree. 😋😋

  14. Yes, please do all the sides! I want to see the facts about their shrimp – unbreaded one. I heard if you eat 12 or more carbs at a time – you’re in danger of interrupting or stopping ketosis. Is that true?

  15. It would be interesting to see what you get at other restaurants. For myself, I try to stay under 10 TOTAL carbs. I was wondering if you count TOTAL carbs or just do Net Carbs. Also. the sugar content bothers me, as I try to avoid that at most cost, which is so hard when you out enjoying yourself with friends & family at restaurants. They have hidden sugars everywhere. It would be nice to have you have a video where you list the Total Carbs, Net Carbs, Calories, Protein, Fat, etc. I am keto, but I focus on the HIGH protein and limit the fat. I love veggies, but those can be where your carbs get away from you.
