  5. Good list. I need to add spermidine, been banking on peas, cheese and mushrooms so far. I would say you could add all vitamins to the list, especially vit c. Up to the rda, there are no side effects. That covers d3, k2, omega 3, etc. I’d say some reasonable level of an antioxidant could also be used everyday safely, like grape seed, Elderberry, astaxantin, ala for example.

    Also, carnosine in eye drops (I have), for internal use, I’ll look deeper.

    I started taking Glycine with 3 grams at night before bed but found that I didn’t sleep as well. I tried 3 grams on an empty stomach with 1 gram of NAC but noticed that my morning cardio sessions were more difficult as well.

    • I tried taking glycine at all times of the day. What I have learned is that I am sluggish taking it too close to bed time. I take about 2 grams at around 4:00- 4:30 PM. I fall asleep easier later and I am refreshed the next day.

    4. Creatine (I use it by myself)
    5. Spermidin (I use it but I think about quitting it)

  9. If I have tmg, collagen and magnesium bisglycinate, I’m curious how much glycine I can get. I would like to use these products up before I buy another supplement of pure glycine, I will probably buy the collagen again tho

  10. If you’re broke , spare money and take only vitamin D3, vitamin k2 and a good magnesium , sleep well and exercise. But everyone is different and the videos of Siim Land are always helpful and even amazing.

  11. How come magnesium isn’t on his list? Is it because it’s not considered a longevity supplement?

  12. slim please do video on best type of collagen powder because some say that Bovine cattle collagen is dangerous and can cause potential cancer.

  13. slim will taking carnosine cause any type of amino acid imbalance. i have heard that when taking certain amino acid supplements that you need to counter balance them with other amino acids.

  14. Do you count collagen towards your protein RDA goal? E.g. if you’re aiming for 100g total protein per day and have 20g of collagen does that mean there’s only 70g of protein left to achieve the target intake?
