  2. I have philosophical wonders… I feel bad when someone aged and his health detoriate without even know anything about that…. Life is chaos and no one care if you know it or not…. That’s a very hard truth… Because it also tells me that I’m also missing out something and maybe will never ever know or benfit from it

  3. There is something wrong in the system … I’m a medical student… How the hell no one know about longevity and age accelerating stuff why no one care about it….. Am I wrong that I’m obsessed with aging and death or are they wrong

    • Perhaps “they” can be wrong and you can be wrong at the same time. I think It depends how extreme / obsessed you are. If you’re so obsessed that it stops you from socializing with average people or breaking from your routine once a week or so, then what you’re doing may be too restrictive, and may be counter productive in terms of improving healthspan and lifespan. It’s easy to go down a rabbit hole in pursuit of a healthy lifestyle.

My comments above are theoretical and are my best guess. (Anyone who tells you that they know definitive answers with respect to health and longevity, probably should not be trusted.)

  4. Added sugar is bad, for myself I like the taste like many others, then I think with a stressful like the poor sleep and stress makes you crave it, then having too much it almost becomes highly addictive

  5. Sugar is addictive and it’s added to almost everything we eat. It’s difficult to limit sugar at 25 g/day. One has to be super mindful about it.

  6. most supplements have some sort of sweeteners in them, I spent months trying to find B12 without the nasty additives in it.

  7. I was just thinking to myself sugar seems the least harmless of health risks in that insulin naturally occurs in the body so one would think it’s much more welcomed in our Arteries when compared to gmos, processed foods , seed oils , artificial sweeteners , cigarette smoke , alcohol , poor oxygen ( lack of exercise to the body). I don’t know what the agenda is or maybe I’m missing some connection that sugar does in the body. Or Maybe it is that “dangerous”

Remember they also once said too much hdl cholesterol ( eg eggs) was harmful too.

    • If you consider the role of insulin and how it prevents sugar from literally destroying our tissues, it would make sense that it could be harmful when things are out of whack.

    • @Blake okay that’s a much more sensible take. A part of the domino effect then . What then would you say is the front runner to things getting out of whack?
These researchers are cryptic with the advice.

    • @Faduma Abshir It appears as though 98% of our chronic diseases are stemming from some sort of inflammation. Insulin resistance, at its core, is an inflammatory condition. Major dietary factors contributing to adverse inflammation would be too many industrial seed oils, alcohol and cigarettes, excess blood glucose, and the combination of too high fats and too high carbohydrates (Randle Cycle).

It’s cliche to say, but avoiding modern, processed, man-made foods will take care of the lion’s share of these concerns.

    • In that situation the sugar in your Snickers bar was healthy. In a place where there is a shortage of food, even unhealthy food is healthy.

  8. Good luck explaining this to my fat and lifestyle ill mom.
“i dont even get that much sugar, i used to add 5 teaspoon table sugar into my cup of tea now i only add 3 and I cant drink my tea without sugar, i rather die”

  9. Do people that listen to this channel actually eat products with added table sugar or corn syrup or otherwise add these products to their foods? My guess is that they do not, though I could be wrong

    • Not intentionally, I’m sure. Unfortunately if you aren’t able to see full ingredient list, you may be ingesting a fair amount without realizing .

  10. Siim, I’m watching this video well its on an ad. Where do you recommend getting glycine. What store front(online)?

  11. Talk about ozempic and other semaglutide risks. They are being pushed as low risk drugs. I don’t believe that.
