    • Siim, saying “old people” is rude af. You could say older. But I’ll tell you what… I don’t think that they like being called old people or elderly. Just FYI buddy.

    • Where do you get your glycine from? I saw I think I want to take 9 or more grams a day due to your previous video but I’m unsure what’s the best for money choice. I think you said that it’s also in gelatin but I’m unsure what would be a good brand too

  2. Betaine gives me acid reflux I stopped taken it cause of that … thanks for the content & Your books are on my list of futur read ! ❤

    • Magnesium chloride, topical. Soaking in a concentrated hot bath is ideal. MgCl isn’t absorbed as well orally/has a laxative effect at necessary doses.

    • If you know WHY she’s in pain, that would be useful. If she has a poor diet/lifestyle, fix that as much as possible. She could always try a carnivore diet. I’d recommend an elimination diet at the bare minimum.

      I’ve found black seed oil is really amazing for inflammation pain like menstrual cramps, but so she could try that. 1-2tsp 2x daily, to start. I’ve taken up to 2Tbsp 2x a day, when I’ve had really severe pain & oil low in thymoquinone. Make sure to take it on a full stomach, always.

  3. Hmmm… it seems the MOA of glucosamine might be via inhibiting IL-1b and TNF. Sort of like a broad spectrum anti-inflammatory. Interesting that it improves all cause mortality, as well as joints. I guess I’ll buy a bag, of the sulfate variety.

    • An anabolic nutrient that increases muscle gains, dopamine and serotonin levels for starters, doesn’t seem to lower testosterone from my online search, maybe even raising it. Any sources for the question?

    • @P Jaworek in the Russian-language anotation, a decrease in testosterone levels was mentioned in the context of its effect on women’s hormonal health, which is why I asked

  4. I started taking 1000 mg of AKG daily a few months ago. It’s fairly cheap. I don’t know if it’s placebo or just other improvements in my health, but I do feel a few years younger. Currently doing a creatine, AKG, collagen, vitamin D, fish oil regime. I’ve been sticking to the cheaper, but highly studied supplements. I’m 44 now, still look in my 30s and my goal is to look like I’m in my 30s for as long as I can.

    • Definitely add in Glycine bro + pair your vitamin D with vitamin K2. Also take a look at Niacin (super cheap)

    • @Thomas Dillon I do vitamin D and MK-7 combo. I’ve heard that’s essential. I’ll have to check out if my multi-vitamin has K2. Thanks! EDIT: Actually most of the top K2 foods are heavily in my diet right now, so I might be ok.

  5. The list of recommended supplements (from all sources) is NEVER ENDING. Seriously, am I supposed to take 30-50 (literally) supplements everyday? Theres got to be a catch.

I feel bad i didnt start this stuff sooner or that i kept going with supplements and working out in my 20’s (i stopped until late 40’s now, i also worked with nutrients and supplements all my life so it’s a double face palm). Anyway, i just started with inositol because of poor sws sleep which im happy to say it must have worked. I havent had less than 60min since i started over a week ago and i had a couple of nearly 2hrs. nights. I was already doing or taking everything out there but getting 15min to 35min eveey night and it felt terrible. Glycine is another one i started recently, thanks mainly to you, but i worked with it and had some everytime but thought there was some medical drawback why it is not allowed as a food ingredient the way cysteine or any other amino acid could be used. Anyway me and my 74yo mom are now blasting the 15g of glycine.

  7. I took 30g myo-inositol for 6wks (to treat OCD symptoms), I didn’t observe any benefits, mental or physical. Maybe I didn’t take it long enough or maybe my high natural insulin sensitivity means I just don’t need it?

  8. Great video! Do you know if glycine can go bad? I have an open/resealed bag with “best before 01/2022”
