  2. I love chips and find is so hard not to have them when I am trying low carb. I will try this for sure. I am older, but I remember loving cottage cheese when I was young. It was dense and creamy . My mom use to make cottage cheese with can peaches on top. It was wonderful, But now, every cottage cheese I try seems watery. So I no longer eat it. I will try Trader Joes and see if its better than what I have been finding.

  5. You are an amazing positive creative thinker and it shows in your cooking. So nice to have cooking ideas & I really appreciate the easy stuff & how you adapt some of America’s problem diet in to nutrition meals like the cheese burger salad (or what ever you called it.) When I first heard of Keto I though oh great another diet. Dr Bergs channel really gives you the health science behind eating low carb mod protein & good amount of satisfying healthy fat. Too many health problems come from high carb diet including diabetes & heart problems. I highly recommend people go watch Dr. Bergs channel because it is so much more than losing weight. He says “get healthy than lose weight” You must lower insulin. Anyway, I appreciate your channel. Blessing your way 🙏🏻✨🕊✨❤️ It really isn’t that difficult to go Keto!

  8. I have made these in the microwave at 70% power and they are great. I used parchment and seems easier than stovetop and more crispy.

I just wanna thank you so much for your videos I started watching your videos and writing some of your recipes down because I am in love with you channel and food ideas you come up with why being on a low carb diet. You have helped me eat so much more healthier and I made thee pizza last night for me and the kids with the ground chicken and they loved it and even wanted to say some to school for lunch and we did the chicken nuggets Saturday and all three of them said they were better than Wendy’s so I just really wanna thank you for making healthy food fun and kid friendly.   15. I saw this on the keto twins and tried it in the microwave. The one in the middle gets a little burnt but otherwise they turned out perfect 👍 I used just regular Knutson full fat cottage cheese, cause I don’t have a Trader Joe’s near me
