  3. Hi Myra have you ever heard of Kbosh cauliflower pizza crust? They are super clean ingredients and very delicious! I discovered them at Dr. Bergs Keto Summit, they were a vendor!

    • I use the almond flour one- my pizza turns out to die for but I’ll try the cloud one next! The almond flour is so easy though. I make it like a flat bread and use it for taco pie and French toast too. I use less baking powder because I don’t like the flavor of it.

    • Have you tried her “meatza” ? My brother isn’t low carb…and he loved it when I made for him.
      (she has made it with shredded chicken and ground beef before)

    • Last night I made “chicken fingers” they turned out so great I immediately knew it’s going to make the best crispy sturdy crust for pizza! Can of chicken drained, 1 egg and 1/2 cup cheese, seasonings. I formed into fingers and you can bake or fry. I fried. Although I’m going to put next batch flat on greased parchment paper for pizza tonight. I also think it could easily be done with ground meat and cook longer.
      I’ve tried all kinds but almond flour always seems gritty like cornbread to us.

  9. This looks really good and easy. I will have to try this soon. I usually buy a brand called Cauliflour (not to be confused with CauliPower as those are high in carbs and horrible ingredients) They have a lot of flavor and are pretty tasty, but they are a bit expensive and are super thin

  10. Looks good. You could add a teaspoon or so of allulose to make it brown better. Also, when I make it, I may try adding a teaspoon of beef gelatin powder. That can often increase the crispiness of cloud bread recipes.

    • When I was 318 pounds, I liked thick crust. I’m 198 and thin crust is best!! Funny how, I learned to eat…

  13. I’ll have to try this on our next pizza night. I’ve been making a paleo crust (I’m not low carb, just grain free) but the calories from the almond flour. Yikes!😬 And yes! Always with the red chili pepper flakes! I don’t eat any variety of pizza without it.😋
