He could lower the pills by opening a lot of the palatable ones and putting them in the green giant, etc. I’ve got most of these in my stack except for the Rx ones. I only need to swallow 2 pills upon waking two with dinner and 5 at bedtime. I’ve got some extras too that he doesn’t have.
The capsules might ensure they get absorbed

Yes, many of these like ashwagandha goes straight into my daily smoothie.
You can buy ashwaganda and such by the kilo and is a lot cheaper that way

@John Reidy Maybe his body is trying to process all those supplements. The body doesn’t know he will take these every single day so it’s trying to absorb as much as possible, but it’s being overwhelmed,. Similar to taking anything else in excess. Vitamins, minerals, anything could be toxic in high dosage. He’s not giving his body a chance to balance everything up. He should probably do some prolonged water fasts here and there. I mean, I don’t know what I’m talking about, I’m just using common sense.

He looks like he’s wearing foundation in the wrong colour, kind of grey and palid. I’m guessing plastic surgery is to blame for the rest. He looked masculine beforehand but I think he’s had his brows lifted making his eyes look more open and therefore more feminine. And he’s tinting his lashes now too from that picture. Not my cup of tea but then I don’t think he’s wanting to attract females. If you stuck him in a wax museum he wouldn’t look out of place. I’m all for being healthy and taking pride in your appearance but that level of vanity isn’t attractive in a man.

3:22 thats the best thing about Ashwagandha, noone can mess up your emotions.
I was surprised how, having followed the science and devoured scientific papers for 5yrs+, my own stack that I’ve built up independently, is so similar to much of blueprint. I don’t run the caloric deficit, consume meat and fish, and fast for 90hrs a month and eat in a window most days, so am not as strict, but also do some things differently. I’m also seeing excellent results.
You completely brushed over the longevity aspects of low dose lithium, and merely mentioned its more known use for bi-polar (where the amounts are much higher). I would listen to some of Peter Attia’s discussions where lithium comes up, as it’s a must to add to any longevity stack in my opinion. I’m also with Siim on questioning why glycine is completely missing from his stack, and personally take 3g with NAC twice a day.
Peter Attia stopped taking lithium.
Especially as he’s vegan 🌱

28:33 That 7.6 G amino complex in the AM may explain why he takes his tyrosine at night. Plus he may be timing the tyro for his dopamine low point.
johnson is taking separate amino acids, please do a video on these and which should be taken with each other to prevent adverse side affect.

Fascinating how each health YouTuber gains guru status by “owning” a certain topic. Siim “owns” glycine. Siim is not where he is because he takes excessive amounts of glycine but because he is young and exercises. Ben Greenfield’s physique is the result of many years on TRT, not from eating meat. Let’s see whether they are still around in their 50s +.
The Ashwagandha – do you just take a pill or is there a specific derivative of it that has high bioavailability? With Ashwagandha, Curcumin, Ginger etc, you have to always consider the bioavailability issue.
Growth hormone is the essential component in the TRIIM trials. They combined it with a lot of other components to blunt the harmful effects, but HGH should rebuild the thymus and that’s probably why he takes it.
To take B12 once a week seems very strange. B12 is not well absorbed in large amounts, so you need to get B12 regularly to make sure your body absorbs it. To take it so seldom as he does seems a sure way of getting a B12 deficiency.
vitamin C that he takes is needed as a cofactor to iodine, this could be the reason to take additional amount of C. Iodine detoxes heavy metals, halides and other toxins, so it uses up many nutrients that need to be topped up. Also his diet is mainly cooked (he is also re-heats his main meal, so it is cooked twice) and cooking destroys most vitamins.
