    • I have been eating one meal per day for 10 yrs. Im in my 50s I stopped working out 4 yrs ago. Why have I not lost much muscle mass? For yrs I have done hit training very sporadically. Maybe 2 sets max per muscle group once a week. Not even every week. I started doing high rep no failure exercises 4 mnths ago . Very light and only maybe 15 mins of exercise with no real strain taking a 30 secs in between every 2nd exercise. Doing this 4 x a week and muscle is coming back. And I dont eat until 6 hrs later! Only drink water.

    There so many options how far do you need to go with it?

  6. I had the same goal reaching 100 years until I hit 34 years of age and started getting sick with a whole range of symptoms most of which doctors can’t even measure and explain.

  10. Love your videos! I was wondering if anyone knows if abstaining from masturbation can increase longevity? It would kind of make sense based on surface level logic. Since reproduction isn’t occurring, which would be signaled through the event of an orgasm, the organism should have its lifespan increased to increase its chances of reproducing at a later point.

  11. Good video, Im thinking to add a small dose of melatonin after watching this. Mainly i have to keep my last meal early by 7pm which i still find hard to do. Sleep tracking is the most profound thing ive done/followed over the past year.

  12. Hey Siim…Great video as always. I am a long time follower. You poked fun at me a few years ago when I told you about my diet, and you said… “Sounds like you are making protien pancakes”. I am sure you don’t remember as you interact with many people daily.
    Anyways, what do you think about us disabled folks. If I can’t do all the things you do, am I doomed to a short life with poor health? Long story, but I don’t have an abdomial wall. Where you have a nice connected 6 pack, I have a giant hole with not too much holding me together. I can’t really lift anything too heavy, but I do ride the recumbent bike daily and hop in an IR sauna afterwards. My diet sometimes isn’t that great, especially with alcohol. I hurt pretty much everyday and sometimes I get carried away with self adminstering pain relief. I have found a major differecne with the GLY-nac routine. I take NMN and it’s weird, no hangovers LOL.
    Now I am just rambling, so sorry. Just wondering what you thing about us 1% ‘ers. There aren’t too many people like me, but I know that others have major problems too. Can you give some hope for us messed-up folks? Thanks so much. You are an awesome dude. Would love to see you and my other favorite Estonian (Artut Rehi) on a podcast together. 😃✌🙏
