I made a similar cottage cheese ice cream recipe today which turned out great, but I’m super excited to get YOUR version. Every recipe of yours that I’ve made so far has been so delicious🥰 I added some hazelnut spread into the mix. Yum!

Looks wonderful. FYI you were using cacao powder not cocoa powder. There’s a difference. Cacao is less processed and a better option. 😊

I make homemade cottage cheese all the time, and I do use a lot of salt or it is hella bland but I can do it without salt for this❤

@ZJ ZJ I just make it to taste (add some stevia) I mix about 1/2 cup cottage cheese, a handful of frozen berries (probably 1/4 cup) and a splash of milk into the same type of blender she was using. Instead of freezing it I eat it like a smoothie. It’s already cold because of the berries. 😊
