I tried nmn and i also still have it, but i only feel benefits from it on days where i an very fatiqued.
A very good alternative for nmn is B3 Niacin (*nicotinic acid* not nicotinamid) with red skin flush, this will boost my ‘good feel’ regardless, its one my favorite supplements that i use everyday 🤙
Can you do a video about taurine, it looks interesting as an antioxidant for mitochondrial function, increase GABA, better utilization of glucose/fat, better lipid profile

I agree with your general thesis with random, expensive probiotics. In my research, the CFU’s are meaningless, what’s important is the amount of strains it contains and if it can survive from your stomach acids. I personally take an organic liquid probiotic first thing in the morning on an empty stomach that contains 14 strains.

Big issue with NMN is will it be Available or is FDA going to ban it as supplement and it gets hard to find. also it is expensive. B3 (niacin) and Apigenin are great ways to boost NMN and also now being looked at by Doctor Lustgarden on his Conquer age or die trying site is using B6 to boost NMN via the De novo NMN pathway. He should have results on this in a few weeks.

What’s your aim? Autophagy? If so… It’s an amino acid. A piece of a protein. How do you start your eating window? How long is it?
@Wisakedjak Archetype My aim is to loose weight and hold as much muscle as I can, I currently break my fast with a protein shake and a couple of hours later a big meal with lots of protein

Regarding creatine, have you looked into CreGAAtine and its mechanisms?
Also, when taking any form of B3, I prefer inositol hexanicotinate because I can both get inositol and B3 in high dose without flushing, and when adding CD38 inhibitors like Apigenin, Rutin, Luteolin and Quercetin Phytosome, I get much higher benefits from the salvage pathway and also benefits from the flavanoids. Much cheaper than NMN and certainly a broader range of usefulness.
