  3. Wanna just add my 2 cents. TMG is a must for people taking NMN, for the issue you just mentioned especially if your in your 70’s and energy etc. Make sure your testing because there can be implications. I think intermittent fasting even for older men is more important than NMN. You can get rid of zombie cells, increase stem cells, NAD+ and more. NMN should only be added for energy levels and health once in a while if needed, but your body should not depend on NMN. The NMN risk is high if you have any form of cancer at any time in your life, it will exacerbate it. Make sure you are completely 100 percent healthy and your taking NMN. NMN is a booster for your body that is good if your healthy. You don’t want to put strain with NMN if you are not healthy condition. If you actually need it such as working out, circadian rhythm. Excess NAD+ from nmn fuels cancer quickly if you live a sedentary lifestyle. I agree with everything else you said otherwise.

  4. My daily 71 year old regimen: I Run 10 miles a day, swim 10 laps, weights, sit-ups and enjoy a sauna daily and have a healthy Omad meal. No supplements. You have to take responsibility for your health. I always enjoy your videos Siim, thank you

  5. Siim, I want to try creatine based on your recommendation. Do you have a video on that? Also, the focus is usually on benefits but are there side effects?

  6. Peace brother. Can you do a video on how to optimize a night shift schedule as far as sleep, eating, fasting, etc. I think that would be greatly beneficial.

  9. What a timely video, Siim! I just turned 70 . And yes, I take Glycine, Collagen, Creatine, and TMG. I really do appreciate your videos.

  10. Used creatine for months, nothing beneficial for me. No increase in strength or stamina. Only thing I did noticed was bloating in the face. Only later I read salted raw herring is full of creatine. I eat a few of those every week. It’s a Dutch thing. Maybe that’s why.

  11. I am 71 and I can do vertical jumps all day long. I bike 12-15 miles 2-3 times per week and walk a mile when I’m not biking. Downhill ski in Colorado and Vermont 3 weeks of the year. Play a game or two of chess online and do some serious reading every day. I agree most 70 year olds are decrepit and unhealthy, in fact most 50 year olds are overweight, stiff, weak, and in terrible condition. I avoid mainstream medical advice and did not get jabbed, do not take statins or any other prescription medication, unlike nearly 100% of my peers who take at least 3-4 meds daily. I do not take NMN or TMG, but otherwise I take the supplements suggested here. I also take: B vitamins and niacin (as nicotinic acid), SAMe, L-theonine, ashwaghanda, magnesium, zinc, berberine, CoQ10, DHEA, boswellia, arginine-citruline, baby aspirin, Vitamin D3+K2, and a product called VasQFlow containing red spiinach extract, quercetin, black garlic, grape seed extract, and a variety of other ingredients. I drink molecular hydrogen and a ginger shot with ACV, cinnamon and turmeric to start my day, green tea with lemon juice and pomegranate, and bullet-proof coffee with heavy cream, D-ribose, ghee and MCT oil daily. I eat a moderately low-carb diet, avoid added sugars and processed food, minimize eating out, and do not use industrial seed oils for cooking. I was pre-diabetic, hypertensive and overweight 5 years ago when I changed my diet and lifestyle, and I’ve been healthy ever since. Never got Covid, although I had some sniffles after a trip to Aruba where I swam and snorkeled for a week.

  12. better source of EPA/DHA is algae oil without the risk of mercury or metals. Fish get their EPA/DHA from Algae. Get it from the source.

  13. I am 76 and been told not to take anything to stimulate testosterone to preclude prostate cancer. Any comment?
