  1. Not to mention collagen is important in muscles (like your heart), it is the backbone of the ecm throughout your body.

    • I would say with the way protein is digested. It’s not that you should necessarily take it with food but I would personally take it. Alongside other protein sources because college and is not a complete protein.

  2. Questions say someone took like 50 grams of collagen everyday, would that reverse any collagen they lost and can the get back to teenage levels ?

  3. But when we take it, the body knows that collagen is collagen or just a protein like whey protein?
