It depends on how many kilograms of meat or tofu & seaweed you eat per day. 😉
Get as much as you can from natural sources, then suppliment what your lacking.

Probably. You could try it and see if it you have a negative reaction.
I am into fitness and cardio, and i dont want to age. I dont think it is okay to stop taking creatine, glycine and taurine
I’m not saying you should stop taking them. You just get a lot of them from food

So it’s almost imposible to take needed amount from foods and all of them needs to be suplemented. Already use creatine and glycine and ordered taurine just yesterday 🙂

Awesome topic. Apigenin is already concentrated in dried parsley. Spermidine accumulates in your mouth overnight (it’s made from putrescine!). Tell that to your dentist about brushing in the morning.
What!?!? Don’t take creatine or glycine supplements? Title needs “supplements that can be reasonably obtained from food” (As long as you can eat kilos of food including pork rinds.)
When you use wheat germ to get spermidine you also get very high amounts of zinc, vitamin e and TMG.
I eat 1 small beet per day.

if u eat too much seaweed u could be getting too much iodine?
