  2. If you keep it up you have a good chance to live till 150. Let’s assume you are actually biologically 16 and maintain the 0.62 aging rate. In 121 years you will be chronologically 150, but that would be for your body like adding only 75,02 years. Add your biological age now and it’s just 91,02 biologically at 150 years of chronological age. This number is nothing to scoff at, but not unheard of. Plus, just imagine what medicine will have achieved by the year 2144 regarding longevity.

    • it doesn’t work that way. At some point other factors will kick in like telomere shortening or the buildup of lipofuscin. To go beyond 120, we have to treat those problems.

    • @Random Guy most likely. Just hoping there’ll have been treatment developed for these. And I hope I’ll be there to keep rooting on Siim after his 120th birthday 😀

  3. Hi Siim ! There is something I do not quite understand. How can you age at a rate of 0.62 and yet your epigenetic age is now ( at least according to the graph) lower than the one 5 years ago? Would this not mean that you haven’t actually aged from an epigenetic point of view? I’ve also seen Bryan Johnson mention his rate of aging and then him mentioning how he reversed his age by 5 years, and it doesn’t fully make sense to me yet how this logically functions. Also how is the rate of aging calculated, what do those tests measure?

  5. Do you think being so much younger than the vast majority of the people on the Rejuvenation Olympics leaderboard that are 40+ gives you an advantage? Do you think younger people might might have an advantage when it comes to the ceiling for rate of aging reductions using current interventions?

    • It’s much easier to see subjective improvements in your aging results if you start off at a worse baseline. A 40 year old overweight person can see exponentially more results by just adding a few simple fixes than someone in their 20s already maxing out all the fundamentals. For the 20 year old to see additional results, they have to go the extra mile

  7. What are you doing, that they are not doing? What would you guess puts you ahead of them? Muscle mass? Do you think Bryan could get better results by building more muscle? Would love to see a video in this subject

    • maybe bryan is doing too much? Throwing everything together that seem to work maybe isn’t the best idea.

    • I agree I think that in Brayan’s approach there is a big amount of stuff that is doing more harm than good. And when you throw everything all at once, you have the marketing problem: “half of my marketing budget is doing nothing, the problem is I don’t know which half it is”…

  9. I don’t really buy into the accuracy of these tests, but let’s put that aside. How could you in theory be 16 (biologically) 3 years ago and 16 (biologically) today with a .62 (biologically aging rate). If you were biologically aging at a .62 rate for the past 3 years, you should, in theory, be around 17.86 biologically today.
