  4. Love the idea. When I am craving a milk shake or something sweet, I make myself a protein smoothie with a serving of Vanilla shake protein powder, 1/2 cup each of frozen strawberries and blueberries, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt and 1/2 cup almond milk. Since the protein powder is sweetened with stevia, I don’t have to add anything to it. If I want a meal replacement smoothie like for breakfast, I will use the same recipe except I add a tbsp of chia seeds, 2 tbsps collagen powder and 1 tbsp natural almond peanut butter and some times 1/2 cup frozen spinach. It turns it an unattractive color but it doesn’t change the taste at all.

    • I’ve made a similar smoothie and yes the spinach turns it to a very unpleasant color 😅 but it’s delicious!

    • I also thought to put the unattractive smoothie in a insulated lidded tumbler/ water bottle so no one can see the color. 🌺

    • I use a chilled or frozen avocado for my “green” and blend with the rest of my ingredients. It doesn’t turn my smoothie green and I can’t taste the avocado.
