  2. Great list, but what about Luteolin, Pycnogenol, EGCG, Astaxanthin, R lipoic acid + Acetyl L-carnitine, Beta alanine

  3. Magnesium affects my gut to the extreme every time. Have to focus on foods which is a bummer because it drives cravings 😢

  4. Myself and several family members have been taking Quercetin 500mg and also fishoil with D3 and K2 for a year and a half. We temporarily removed the Quercetin and had a drastic increase in allergies, inflammation and occurences of joint pains which went away when adding Quercetin back in. At least for people with allergies and inflammation I believe Quercetin is absolutely essential.
    EDIT: Also none of us can take Taurine in the evening or inflammation goes wild in the night. In the morning or afternoon it is fine though.

    • That’s interesting to hear. I want to start taking Quercetin for inflammation and allergies too. But I know Quercetin has very bad bioavailability. What product do you use?

  5. Do you have melatonin as spray or pills. And: Are there pills with only 1-3 mg of melatonin? I only found pills with 1mg and I have to cut them. However, I’ve heard that the distribution of the melatonin is not even and when I cut them they crumble away …

  7. What kind of dose is too much antioxidant ? For exemple taking astaxanthin & vit c & royal jelly the same day

  8. I take TMG in combination with NMN in the morning.
    But some of it makes me very tired.
    I have read to take TMG 30 minutes before bed.
    Can anybody confirm this?
    I don’t think NMN will tire me out.

  12. I have been taking TMG to improve my Methylation. Three of my Methylation pathways are 80% occluded (on both sides of my family). I have tried taking 1gram in the morning on an empty stomach as I have heard food can effect its absorption. I like to hear from others about their experience – how much do you take and when do you take it? Also, I take 500mg before a work out – is this to lite?
