  2. Let me try and guess at this… in no particular order… hmmm… Glycine? NAC? Creatine? Berberine? Taurine? (The latest!) What are the others on the usual list? There’s Fisetine of course and Quercitine? (Have I spelt that right?) What about B3 (Niacin)? That’s one I would like to see investigated thoroughly in the hope no one needs to take the extortionate, legendary NMN!

  6. 100 years ago people used to take upwards of 25 mg of vitamin D a day (1,000,000IU). It did not cause any sort of mass poisoning or anything. What did happen is that it emptied out the hospitals. The medical establishment panicked at the time, worried that that they were going to be put out of business so they changed the measurement of vitamin D from milligrams to international units to make 1 million IU’s sound scary.
    The thing with vitamin D is that it is your remodeling hormone. As high levels rebuild the body, it will deplete its cofactors of magnesium and K2. All so called cases of vitamin D poisoning were magnesium deficiency symptoms.

  7. Vitamin D3 is an indocrine disruptor and there are zero studies showing D3 supplementation is beneficial. The first study cited says “seems to decrease mortalty”. The second study cites vitamin d levels, not supplementation.

    • @Green Blood please link one for me. All the studies I have seen are inconclusive.
