  4. Green grapes, walnut pieces and celery of course. It’s called “Derby” chicken salad here in the Louisville area. Because of the Kentucky Derby. I also serve it in the middle of a beautiful summer salad. Delicious.

    • This is how I make my chicken salad except I normally leave out the grapes because I don’t like them in chicken salad. I also always just cook my chicken in the crockpot and season it really well and it is always super good!!

  5. Chicken can be substituted for tuna or turkey. And those who don’t like red pepper can use keto tortilla. Awesome recipe.

  8. I like adding a bit of bottled horseradish to chicken salad and tuna salad. Sometimes shredded radishes as well. I never had hot chicken salad and may just give it a try. love your ideas, mayra.

    I enjoy rotisserie chicken, celery, jalapeños, green apple, light mayo, lemon 🍋 juice, and sometimes I add walnuts (walnuts depend on my macros I need or don’t need that day! Lol).

  14. I like the idea of stuffing a pepper with it, even though I don’t buy those horrible seed oil and excitotoxin monstrosities. Sounds like a great way to eat tuna or canned salmon. Celery is good too.
