  2. Doing sauna about 5x a week in our gym wellness area these days. Pretty amazing benefits for such a low investment!🔥🙌

    • Its dry in Las Vegas so the sweat is evaporated up for a cooling effect. Try it over here in east Texas

  3. I hope you do a video comparing infrared (both near and far) with traditional sauna. Also interested in your thoughts on EMF exposure during sauna bathing.

  4. When do you do the most/best; morning or evening? Usually, I do it after my workout, mostly in the afternoon

  5. I do steam sauna 3x a week and elevate my heart rate for 15 min inside, as it elevates my mood and glow my skin 🙏

  6. Will taking a steam bath at a relatively high temperature for 15-20 minutes provide similar benefits, assuming proper hydration before and after the session?
