Ye, I’m an introvert but I still have close social ties. The difference is how much time extroverts and introverts end up spending with people in their social circle

Can you do a video about what you think each area is worth in years. Cardio, good food etc. Good sleep vs mediocre sleep. Or cardio couple times a week vs one time a week etc. Good to now were to put time into.
From millions of anecdotal observation on utube, too much excercise is harmful to longevity.
Seems like people should stay active by playing and having fun, not by agonizing self torture. Bodybuilders seem to drop dead prematurely, and marathoners look like they are in agony. People choosing to torture themselves in the manner and quantity that slave drivers did to slaves.

I have difficulty getting out of bed also after 7 hrs of being wake up I couldn’t get anything done my memory problems and i went to visit many doctors non gave me solutions
I don’t want to live long and I don’t understand people who want to live long I don’t get it I just want good quality of life I don’t care if I die tomorrow of course I don’t want to feel the pain of dying I’m more afraid of that than being dead quality of life is what matters not the length of it

Unfortunately for most it takes hard work that isn’t flattering and enjoyable while juggling a life of exercise, family and adventure.
Social isolation is not always in people’s control; I’ve spent lots and lots of time trying to “have friends” and it gets exhausting to be constantly let down by people being a mix of selfish and busy, and I have given up on the disappointment
hard to find relationships that will fit my longevity routine or any relationships for that matter. That’s why I’m like mg tow monk mode for years now. Hopefully I live long enough in the future that AI bots can replace “normal” relationships.

Good points Siim. Those are less known and often neglected.
I appreciate your polite and nuanced rebuttals to the man who has risen to the top living on nut pudding and taking 1000 supplements a day. I appreciate where he’s coming from, but like you said, thinking you can make up for everything by popping pills is completely missing the point. Granted, he does exercise and promote relationships and downtime, but I think most people are taking his message as: eat this and take these pills and you’ll live forever because we’re following the science.
