  1. Thanks so much! This is a big help for someone who is a huge snacker. It will help not only help because it’s healthier but also with portion control. Yes, not only do I snack, but I’m guilty of mindless eating.

  2. These sound so good! Do you think they can be made in a regular oven or is the key to these a quick cook in the microwave?

  3. They look great…I can see tweaking the receipt for different flavors! I love that you can add salt or no salt.
Is your little blender in your Amazon store? I might have missed it.
Love all your tips and sharing of information. 🙂

  7. Hey so did I! I always put 2 ice cubes in my cereal too! The milk stays very cold that way! Spoon sized shredded wheat and Cap’n Crunch were my faves! Those crackers look good!🙏🏻

  8. Thank you for sharing how you stay motivated. I have severe RA and with the meds I on to control it often makes me sluggish and worn down and b/c of that, I sometimes see my weight fluctuate. But to know that I’m not alone and that you struggle at times too but don’t let it affect you is truly something I needed to hear!

  11. I’ve been buying grain-free crackers, but these look healthier and easy to make. You could call them almond thins.

  12. *Thank you for sharing this incredible recipe and helping us enjoy low-carb snacking!*

  13. These crackers look amazing! Ive made almond flour crackers in the past but never cooked in microwave and I think you rolled them out better than I did. Mine were too thick. I will definitely try your recipe. Looks yummy. Ty!

  14. Thank you so much for being so honest and sharing your weight loss journey with us.. I do appreciate it as I’m sure many do. Love this recipe as I am a big cracker lover.. keep the videos coming.. they help me so much..

  15. I made these today. Mine took 2 minutes in the microwave because it is a lot smaller than hers. They took a bit to make because I had to microwave them in small batches but holy moley they’re AMAZING! Thank you for posting this recipe. I honestly was so skeptical of making a crispy cracker in the microwave, especially using only almond flour, water, and spices, but WOW these are a WINNER!!!!!
