The Diet & Routine That Lowered My Age by 12 Years:
At one point, I realized that many of us, including myself, tend to overly rely on morning routines. Missing out on a cold shower or meditation can leave us feeling incomplete, hindering productivity for the entire day. It creates a fragile and dependent situation, which we should avoid if we aim for sustained productivity and independence.
Currently, I believe that the most essential morning routine revolves around exposure to bright daylight. This is due to the influence of circadian rhythms, which synchronize with the natural day and night cycles, whether we consciously acknowledge them or not.
While engaging in movement, taking a cold shower, or journaling can be beneficial, it's crucial not to overly rely on them to fuel productivity. Instead, we should strive for a balanced approach.
So, by all means, follow morning routines if they serve you well. However, remember to cultivate the ability to go without them, fostering flexibility and freedom in your pursuit of productivity.

Don’t get attached to any routine. Be flexible to prevent this.
